Vascomm Gişe

Vascomm GİŞE is a highly developed payment and collection kiosk system. Through utilizing the interactive touch screen, users can pay their bills, refill their phone accounts, submit credit card applications, and request information through Vasscomm GISE. Companies can sell their goods and services, while the second screen can be used to advertise and inform about current services.

Main Component of Vascomm GİŞE

Main component of Vascomm GİŞE is Garanti Bank's payment systems. Inside Vascomm GİŞE there is an unattended POS device that runs a Garanti Kolay Vezne application, which belongs to Garanti Bank. Garanti Kolay Vezne is a system, which is used for bill payments and top up applications. With this system, customers can pay their bills through Garanti Bank for more than 250 regional and national utilities or institutional companies in Turkey. All transactions go through Garanti Bank and all transactions are online. Garanti "Kolay Vezne" application only accepts card payments; credit or debit as well as prepaid and international cards. Customers can pay bills, which include electricity, gas, water, pay TV and GSM phone. They can also refill their GSM prepaid phone accounts.

Garanti Kolay Vezne application is very well integrated with Vascomm GİŞE. So that customers are able to interact with the kiosk's touch screen and communicate with Garanti Kolay Vezne system.

Payment

In Vascomm GİŞE there are several different payments as well as Garanti Kolay Vezne operations. Due to security reasons only card payments with chip and pin are allowed. Vascomm GISE does not accept cash payments. For example in ticket sales, if the activity is cancelled due to any reason, money is refunded to the card automatically. On card payments there is no need to return coins or money back unlike cash payments. Transaction is only completed and balance is charged once printout is given to the customer. The balance is not charged to the customers' card before the full transaction is completed. So, once the ticket or slip is printed, that means all transaction is completed, payments are done, bill is paid and sale is finished.

In Vascomm GİŞE some of the transactions are free of process or service access charges, but some services' payments require customers to pay a small additional fee. This service fee may differ based on the size of the transaction and the type of operation.

Security

Garanti Kolay Vezne applications are loaded to the POS device, which is located inside of Vascomm GİŞE. Applications on this POS device belong to Garanti Bankası. All authentication, pin checking and encryption is done by the code provided by Garanti Bank. Any bill payment completed on the Vascomm GİŞE is actually processed through the Garanti Kolay Vezne application. Any payment made through the Vascomm GİŞE goes to Garanti Bank for authorization of the card issuer's bank. POS device hardware and software are PCI DSS and EMV certified. Only VISA and MasterCard certified cards are accepted by the system.

POS device used in the Vascomm GİŞE is a special purpose robust unattended model, which can be used by the cardholder without a need for shop personnel. Communications with the cardholder are done via interactive touch screen, integrated roll sheet printer is used for receipts, and transaction is only completed once the receipt is printed. For security and reliability SSD Solid State Disc has been used instead of HDD. Inside Vascomm GİŞE there is an uninterrupted power supply that provides continuous electricity in case of power cut during processing. All Vascomm GİŞE hardware and software can be managed, monitored and updated from a central remote location. The entire system is very secure, reliable but also very flexible based on customer behavior and market changes.

New applications and functions can be added or changed to further meet customer's needs and requirements.
