Who we are?

Vascomm Bilişim, İletişim ve Medya A.Ş. has been established at the end of 2009. Founders are from information technology, banking and payments systems backgrounds, who have also worked as entrepreneurs and professionals of well known successful companies in the same markets.

Our goal of bringing innovative approach to collection and payment systems is to implementing an electronic marketplace. Today the vast mass of individuals require easy access to various services such as, to pay bills, refill mobile phone accounts, buy products and services online but they also want secure, fast, private and reliable processes.

Bill payments through Vascomm GİŞE and TL refill of phone accounts are all processed by Garanti Bank's Kolay Vezne systems. In this two party system Vascomm GİŞE works and processes transactions acting as Garanti Bank's terminal. Vascomm as an organization takes a mainrole of infrastructure system provider for Garanti Bank.

In the mean time Vascomm GİŞE provides an electronic marketplace for other companies who sell their products and services. Even if companies sell their products and services independently, in our case all payments are processed by Garanti Bank.

Statistically individuals spend 50% of their time outside compared to 10 years ago. Bill payments, ticket purchases, service purchases and payment systems services must be easily accessible for their convenience.
